Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a mechanical field service engineer specializing in Steam Turbines.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of steam turbines, electrical generators, and related auxiliary systems.
  • Proficient verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English at a professional level.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 80% of the time, often on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of field service engineers and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of steam turbines and generators at customer locations.
  • Oversee and manage project team staffing at customer sites.
  • Provide expertise in steam turbine technology to management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with customer contract specifications.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on equipment conditions, repairs, and recommendations.
  • Uphold and enforce the protocols and guidelines of the current management system, including EHS and Quality standards.
