Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Operations Manager to join our team at Kansas City Southern Railway. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all training and development initiatives across Canada, the US, and Mexico.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Work with external partners to design and deliver training content.
  • Track and analyze training metrics to inform future development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in Adult Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the railway industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
