About the Role

The Training Program Manager - Railroad Operations will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for our operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with instructors to deliver training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or diploma in adult education or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a training or operations role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
