Fyte is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager Latam Leader to lead our brand portfolio in the Central and South America region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, managing relationships with creative, media, and influencer agencies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Communication Strategy: Create and execute communication plans to build brand awareness and engage with target audiences.
- Digital Channel Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
- Campaign Launches: Plan and execute campaign launches from briefing to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with creative, media, and influencer agencies to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Experience: +5 years of experience as a brand leader in the FMCG industry, preferably with operational management experience in Mexico, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Colombia, Argentina, and Puerto Rico.
- Knowledge: High knowledge in brand management and commercial strategies.
- Language: Professional level of English.
