Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to lead our district operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in the retail industry, with fluency in local language and advanced verbal English skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and execute comprehensive omni-channel strategic plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Financial Performance: Drive financial performance through consumer service, human resources, inventory control, and store appearance.
  • Team Leadership: Model the Brand's Athlete service standards and selling behaviors for all retail store formats.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge in the retail industry.
  • Knowledgeable on best practices to navigate through obstacles to maximize work optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, delegation, and follow-up skills.
  • Robust prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
