**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, investigating discrepancies, and reconciling vendor accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process vendor invoices and investigate discrepancies
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and manage AP mailbox distribution
  • Run AP-related reports and assist in month-end accounts payable jobs
  • Support process improvement projects and lead organization-wide initiatives

**Requirements**

  • 2-4 years of AP accounting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate working knowledge of accounts payable processes and ERP systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
  • Able to confidently correspond with all levels of management
  • Excellent organizational skills and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
