Position Overview:

As a Treasury Supervisor for Littelfuse Mexico, you will report directly to the Shared Service Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and supervising cash flow forecasting for all Littelfuse Mexico entities, overseeing liquidity, funding, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all banking accounts, including those for US, Maquiladora, and Non-Maquiladora entities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor and manage bank reconciliations and liquidity for both US and Mexican bank accounts.
  • Oversee cash management for Maquiladora and Non-Maquiladora legal entities.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to mitigate financial risks.
  • Review funding requirements and provide monthly reports on treasury activities to senior management.
  • Analyze and execute appropriate hedging and funding strategies.
  • Manage treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling.
  • Develop and maintain banking relationships while managing the KYC process.
  • Lead treasury-specific projects and initiatives across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions within US and Mexican entities.
  • Conduct daily cash management activities.
  • Support month-end closing processes with banks and account reconciliations.
  • Review and maintain compliance information within Kyriba and other data systems.
  • Manage payable cash flow for various legal entities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing treasury functions and treasury accounting, including foreign exchange, liquidity, cash flow, and various financial instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies, with responsibilities in accounting, accounts payable, treasury, and accounts receivable.
  • In-depth understanding of Mexican tax laws and cash regulations, including local compliance.
  • Advanced business degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP CO, MM, and PP modules.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand global business dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and critical decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
