We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and manage a team of Amazon Associates in a dynamic warehouse environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. as an Area Manager, where you will be responsible for motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results.
Job Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates to meet customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Communicate policies and procedures to the team, maintaining compliance and taking corrective action when needed.
- Create and manage recognition and communication programs to boost employee engagement.
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
- Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of experience in employee and performance management.
- 1+ years of experience as a people manager, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of work experience.
- KPI analysis and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or transportation logistics would be beneficial, as well as experience in manufacturing or logistics.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
