Job Title: Software Support Specialist / Helpdesk
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify errors, devise solutions, and take necessary actions to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assume accountability for the success or failure of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within SLA/project deadlines.
