Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of paperwork and benefits enrollment.
- Manage employee records, including updating personnel files and maintaining accurate records of employee information.
- Process employment references and respond to requests for employment and mortgage references.
- Support the employee off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Assist with day-to-day HR duties, including recruitment, employee engagement, disciplinary and grievance hearings, and policy development.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration processes.
- License degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with HR systems, such as Workday.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (European Framework).
Working Conditions
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
