Key Responsibilities:

Manage our calendar across FYA-associated businesses, including meeting coordination, scheduling, document sharing, and timely reminders. Streamline Asana, the task management tool that keeps us up-to-date with key initiatives along with our inboxes. Proactively manage tasks such as scheduling guests for our podcast. Facilitate seamless travel arrangements as required. Maintain meticulous records and documents for us. Skillfully coordinate events and speaking engagements on our behalf. Tackle diverse errands, from liaising with vendors at real estate investment properties to procuring event supplies. Prepare us for meetings and adeptly prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideally, 2 years in an administrative role. Impeccable organizational skills coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and conducting research. Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in executive or personal administration is preferred. Adept at independently managing tasks, juggling responsibilities, and prioritizing effectively. Friendly, positive, can-do personality. Tech-savvy with experience in our internal tools: Asana, G-Suite, and Slack. Unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Active listener and over-communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Estimated Salary: MXN 45,000 - 60,000 per month (dependent on experience).
