Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at Lm Wind Power / Ge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our electrical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers through various means, including phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Identify and track in-service reliability of hardware, determine need for repair or product improvements, and develop and own field control programs.
  • Contribute to minimizing potential customer operation disruptions due to in-service issues.
  • Develop field plans, including Service Bulletins, and initiate/participate in Technical/Tollgate Reviews.
  • Prepare technical communications to customers and ensure the accuracy of technical publications' content.
  • Participate in initiatives for field problem corrective and proactive actions.
Requirements
  • BS degree or master's degree or PhD degree in a related field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation engines accessories, including electrical harnesses, sensors, and exciters.
  • Field Support, Mechanical Design, or Manufacturing experience on aviation engine components/modules/systems.
  • Experience on Engine hardware or Components, and/or Engine Systems troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of airworthiness and industrial regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and influence others.
  • Fundamental understanding of the technology and tools relevant to the function.
  • Demonstrated business technical written and oral communication skills in English.
