About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures for our customers in the Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
  • Help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions and migrate existing workloads to the cloud.
  • Act as a trusted customer advocate, building deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to formulate and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of AWS within enterprise customers.
  • Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many enablement sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and at least one AWS Certification.
  • Experience working directly in customer implementations, migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud, and working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
