Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and transactional process, you will be responsible for supporting the timely completion of financial reports, reconciliations, and transactions. Your expertise will help us drive business objectives and improve organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management
- Prepare, review, and reconcile various financial transactions and reports in accordance with accounting policies and management direction.
- Support the collections operations process, including preparation, review, and reconciliation of transactions.
- Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial data to prepare technical reports and forecasts, including general and subsidiary ledgers, cash receipts, and disbursements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend suggestions to facilitate business objectives.
- Problem-Solving and Communication
- Resolve transactional problems and concerns as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, A/R, A/P, or payroll.
Travel Requirements
This role requires minimal travel, with occasional business trips to support team meetings and training sessions.
