Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Strategy to join our team.
About the JobThe Head of Sales Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. This role will lead a team of specialists to ensure execution of the sales strategy and operation excellence in the business.
This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to implement strategies that improve sales effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of the market in which Mondelez International performs and experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead a team of sales specialists to execute sales plans and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
