Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Partner to join our team in Mexico City. As a Tech Partner, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, including hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Perform proactive and on-demand health checks of IT systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Train end-users on how to operate office automation equipment and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Manage IT inventory, including moving, sorting, cleaning, and stocking of in-house stock.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Desk representatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience, with previous deskside technician support experience desired.
  • ITIL and ITSM experience desired.
  • 1-3 years of experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting end-user technologies and services, with preference given to experience in medium to large-sized environments.
  • 1-3 years of MS Windows desktop or laptop OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM desired.
  • Mobile Device Management experience with supporting and managing mobile devices, configuring mobile policies, and deploying mobile applications.
  • Working knowledge of key technologies, including Enterprise Mobility, Collaboration, Messaging, Video Conference, and Unified Communication.
  • Working knowledge of LAN and WiFi technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Confident, upbeat, and reassuring attitude with ability to communicate and interact with workplace professionals, including Executive level personnel, as needed.
  • Thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn and grow every day.
  • Proactive and personal interest in supporting coworkers.
  • Proud of delivering world-class service and helping others stay productive.
