**Job Description:** We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support our Human Resources initiatives and serve as a strategic partner for our Shared Services Center (SSC) areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, and coordinating Human Resources initiatives, ensuring compliance with main HR processes, and providing business advisory support on topics such as talent development, labor, strategic projects, and people agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR SSC team in excellence execution of main Human Resources processes (New Hires, Personnel Movements, and Separations)
  • Resolution support for internal and external labor problems, according to Mexican Regulation and Company's Policies
  • Organize events online and in-person
  • Ensure consistency of information in Human Resources systems through frequent monitoring of the SSC
  • Monitor Work Flow's Status of requirements
  • Ensure Governance communication for SSC Areas
  • Point Person with Personnel Specialized Agencies
  • Consolidate monthly information about HR indicators for SSC Areas, presenting a standardized dashboard
  • Manage Share Point information for SSC Areas
  • Serve as Project Management Office (PMO) for specific projects and minor projects

**Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or similar field
  • Intermediate-Advanced English skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist
  • Experience in event organization and vendor management desirable
