Job Description

Company Overview:

Rgf is looking for a skilled Financial Manager to join their team in the Singapore office. Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Japan, has over 5,000 employees and operates in more than 80 countries worldwide.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of SGD 4,000 to SGD 4,500 per month, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow and oversee all payment procedures
  • Liaise with banks and control outstanding accounts payable and receivable
  • Responsible for monthly closing, preparing financial analysis reports, and submitting consolidation packages to HQ
  • Ensure accurate costing calculations and liaise with auditors
  • Improve and maintain ERP systems, as well as liaison with three operating companies

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma/degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Prior experience in cost accounting, tax filing, and working with ERP systems, preferably Glasiaous system
  • Understanding payroll calculations and possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills
