Buscamos un Talent Acquisition Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo de Ppservices Recruiting. En esta posición, serás responsable de liderar y gestionar un equipo de reclutamiento para desarrollar planes estratégicos que satisfagan las necesidades de la fuerza laboral, colocando talentos destacados y promoviendo a la empresa como un empleador de elección.

Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar con líderes de negocio y funcionales para impulsar iniciativas de reclutamiento estratégicas y tácticas, identificando necesidades críticas de talento y desarrollando programas de pipeline.
  • Mejorar y aprovechar la reconocimiento de la marca mediante publicidad a través de múltiples canales, asegurando una fuerte presencia en medios sociales y profesionales.
  • Impulsar la eficiencia operativa y el proceso, así como la mejora continua a través de la automatización de flujo de trabajo y modelo de rendición de cuentas; desarrollar y reportar métricas clave.
  • Dirigir la reclutación para roles altamente especializados y de alto perfil.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar alianzas estratégicas con proveedores de reclutamiento (RPOs, cazatalentos, especialistas en atracción de talento) para acceder a una amplia y diversa piscina de talento.
  • Crear un entorno de equipo de alto rendimiento y colaborativo que se basa en la innovación.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en reclutamiento de fábrica.
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento de posiciones operativas.
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel.
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Experiencia en liderar equipos de trabajo.
  • 5 años de experiencia laboral.

Detalles del puesto:

  • Esquema de trabajo híbrido: 4 días en la oficina, 1 día en planta.
  • Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, por tiempo indeterminado.
  • Sueldo: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 al mes.
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada (obligatorio).
  • Experiencia: Liderar atracción de talento posiciones operativos: 4 años (obligatorio).
  • Idioma: Inglés intermedio conversacional (obligatorio).
  • Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial.
