Understanding Our Recruitment Process:

°/ If your CV meets our criteria, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (one-on-one). During this meeting, the recruiter will learn more about you, your background, and your career aspirations.

°/ If the exploratory interview is successful, you will proceed to an interview with the HR Business Partner and the Hiring Manager.

A Day in the Role:

As an E-Key Account Manager, you will need to be self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and negotiating annual contracts with E-commerce partners.
  • Creating plans, KPIs, and objectives for each E-commerce partner.
  • Formulating and executing Go-to-Market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, etc.).
  • Identifying emerging E-commerce trends and opportunities for business expansion and implementing strategic action plans.
  • Preparing and delivering product proposals to both prospective and existing E-commerce partners.
  • Managing specific sales initiatives by leveraging insights from the marketing department to enhance brand visibility and boost sales performance.
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales reports from E-commerce partners to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree, ideally in commerce, marketing, or business.
  • Have several years of experience in E-Key Account Manager roles or similar positions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to activate business drivers, pursue revenue and profit optimization, and stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
  • Gather and integrate comprehensive knowledge about retailers, influencers, and salons, while effectively influencing their decisions and developing strategic plans.
  • Establish negotiation priorities and conduct negotiations that benefit all parties involved.
