Job Description

This full-time Construction Project Manager and Site Lead position involves overseeing construction works on time, quality, and safety during the process. Key responsibilities include assisting senior project managers in document control, client communication, reporting, and weekly meetings.

You will lead teams to achieve repeat business through exceptional customer service, encompassing great attitude, pride, delivery, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire projects from start to finish as the project leader.
  • Distribute bid packages to contractors, schedule pre-bid conferences, and review contractor bids for presentation to the client.
  • Provide construction phase services in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Review contractor documents, prepare weekly reports, lead weekly construction meetings, review submittals and drawings, track construction schedules, and review estimate payments.
  • Lead site meetings and manage contractors on all job site-related issues.
  • C coordinate inspections focusing on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety throughout the construction process.
  • Review final deliverables and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Prior civil works experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an architectural field, is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial site supervision is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
  • The ability to speak English and Spanish (public speaking) in front of small to large groups is preferred.
  • Leadership experience with small to large project teams.
  • Knowledge of local and international construction codes.
