About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT company, EPAM Systems. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our front-line Finance teams.

In this position, you will collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists, and Finance partners to design and implement solutions that meet complex business needs. Your strong background in program management and passion for driving customer success will enable you to drive business outcomes and deliver value to our customers.

As a Strategic Business Solutions Expert, you will work closely with Finance teams to define use case specifics, write BRDs, and secure stakeholder approval. You will also collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists, and Finance analysts to ensure technical designs align with business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the Project Plan and ensuring timely completion of tasks from initial scoping to post-production maintenance
  • Driving customer success by ensuring solutions meet expectations and continue to deliver value
  • Supporting high standards of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular code
  • Maintaining data integrity and establishing security procedures to protect confidentiality and data security
