The Role

We're seeking a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to build next-generation MarTech capabilities and drive step-change growth in new customer acquisition and long-term engagement across all active markets.

You'll be responsible for executing a global growth strategy across multiple focus areas, including performance marketing, customer attribution, lifecycle marketing, and customer referrals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth strategy
  • Build and scale core growth infrastructure for managing customer data, performance marketing, and attribution
  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous iteration based on data-driven insights
  • Establishing and tracking product performance metrics to assess growth initiatives' impact and make data-driven decisions
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify key customer pain points and implement high-leverage opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong customer-facing background in mobile apps, finance, or related industries
  • Familiarity with leveraging third-party technology for customer acquisition and engagement (e.g., Adjust, Branch, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics)
  • Strong data fluency and ability to consume modern analytics tools

What We Offer:

$140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
