About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Lalamove. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth and acquisition through effective digital marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support team with data and insights to build company's acquisition strategy in Mexico.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and execute digital marketing plan for paid media in social networks, SEO, SEM and setting up campaigns on tools.
  • Monitor and develop optimization strategies for paid campaigns on Google, META, ASA, DV360, TikTok and programmatic media to ensure planned KPIs achievement.
  • Provide paid media analysis to support Mexico's direction and present weekly and ad-hoc performance reports to share with stakeholders.
  • Monitor growth KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPV and others) and performance A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across channels and ensure proper pacing.
  • Develop acquisition communication ideas, coordinate its development and execution in campaign materials and multiple ad formats ensure campaign best practices.
  • Support Marketing and Operations departments to achieve user and driver base growth.
  • Identify opportunities for brand positioning with potential content, creatives, keyword trends and other improvements.
  • Join weekly review meetings with the Hong Kong team, implement change requests and monitor their impact.
  • Manage deals and performance with programmatic partners to expand acquisition channels.
  • Support in creating strategies for supply and demand leads acquisition, and mobile app install and conversion.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution measurement systems to ensure accurate insights into user behavior.

  • Data Driven: Experience with Excel or Looker Studio (data manipulation, pivot tables and dashboards).
  • Knowledge and experience with programmatic media, DSP, MMP platforms and Google Ads Editor is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with paid media, content strategies and reporting insights.
  • Graduated in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or similar.
  • Advanced English.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
