**Key Responsibilities**
• Implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Monitor compensation and benefits plans to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Help organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain HR procedures and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Perform receptionist duties when needed, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the point person for office generalist duties, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics, and coordinating.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, undertaking duties outside of this role specification as required.
**Requirements**
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources administrative positions.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks.
• Solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
• Self-starter and team player, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Full-time and onsite availability.
