Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Strategy Modeler to join our team at PepsiCo Beverages North America. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced models to optimize our manufacturing infrastructure decisions, driving capital efficiency and enhancing network productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain baseline Network Strategy Models, integrating crucial inputs such as demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and production costs to drive informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Tactical Network Optimization team to align short-term objectives with long-term strategies, ensuring synchronization across all operational levels.
  • Lead modeling efforts for site selection related to PBNA innovations, including new flavors and limited-time offerings (LTOs), to foster growth and market responsiveness.
  • Drive Network Optimization Productivity Analytics and generate innovative ideas to continuously improve operational efficiency.
  • Support Project Managers by conducting comprehensive "What If" scenario modeling, enabling proactive decision-making in dynamic business environments.
  • Adapt seamlessly between modeling teams to support critical initiatives across various work streams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership, results orientation, problem-solving agility, self-driven, and a knack for strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to navigate complex global supply chain dynamics.
  • Advance level of English proficiency.
  • Technical proficiency in Supply Chain Guru and Data Guru, with advanced skills in visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
