As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and improving our Renewed Selection at Amazon Mexico, enhancing our customers' experience, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive a product and feature roadmap that delights customers by improving the Renewed Category.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify top-performing Selling Partners and work with the Account Management team to assist them in growth and strategy development for expanding the Selection in Mexico.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with International teams to bring best practices into the region and shape the overall program in Mexico.
- Communicate results to senior leadership and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
- 6+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
