About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our Chemical Products branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the human, financial, and material resources of the branch to maximize their utilization and focus on meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement commercial strategies, and manage sales budgets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and loading of materials, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing losses.
  • Financial Management: Manage petty cash, supervise the logbook of units, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Human Resources: Support and supervise staff activities, develop suppliers, and participate in training and auditing activities.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, manage logistics and distribution processes, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry.
