Sales Business Development Manager

Glanbia Performance Nutrition is a global nutrition company dedicated to providing better nutrition for every step of life's journey. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a commercial strategy to optimize the Performance Nutrition business in Mexico.
- Execute the agreed plan and build the structure to deliver sustained growth.
- Develop and implement a commercial routine with distributors to ensure proactive management of sales and distribution data.
- Manage sales staff and lead them to a high-performing team.
- Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace and maintain market pricing.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in business and sales positions.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or related.
- Ability to influence at a senior level.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong motivation and ambition.
