Glanbia Performance Nutrition is a global nutrition company dedicated to providing better nutrition for every step of life's journey. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a commercial strategy to optimize the Performance Nutrition business in Mexico.
  • Execute the agreed plan and build the structure to deliver sustained growth.
  • Develop and implement a commercial routine with distributors to ensure proactive management of sales and distribution data.
  • Manage sales staff and lead them to a high-performing team.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace and maintain market pricing.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business and sales positions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing or related.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Strong motivation and ambition.
