As a key member of the NSMX group company, this role will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of quality KPIs and client requirements, supported by the Process Engineering department.

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of the production process, meeting client requirements and optimizing resources to prevent defects and scrap.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and production teams to implement improvements in machinery and processes.
  • Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team in recurring activities, such as updates, standardization, and KPI improvement processes.
  • Develop and implement objectives derived from the requirements of each area's machinery.
  • Participate in quality and improvement meetings, ensuring effective closure of observations and client/IATF requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the automotive/electronic Assembly industry, with a focus on manufacturing areas and technical personnel management.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF16949 and client standards, with experience in Lean Six Sigma and Problem-Solving methodologies.
  • Advanced English language skills.
