Your Role at Baxter
As a Marketing Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing area in the definition and implementation of marketing strategy. You will be responsible for executing campaigns, designing key messages, implementing promotional materials and marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and providing competitive intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute events based on Baxter's policies.
- Develop promotional materials aimed at health professionals.
- Analyze market and data to generate information on market size, shares, and penetration percentages.
- Generate forecasts, AOPs, and Building Blocks by code and client aligned with product management expectations.
- Provide vital support to ensure accurate execution in the field according to the strategy defined for each line of business.
- Monitor and approach the commercial team for sales forecast preparation and fulfillment.
- Develop a strategic vision for detecting and executing opportunities in the market.
- Build direct relationships with KOLs and collaborators.
- Comply with business strategies and promote a culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices.
- Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including the global interaction policy and third-party policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuary, or Finance, Industrial or Biomedical Engineering.
- Previous marketing experience of at least 3 years in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of the industry and the pharma/medical devices market.
- Information analysis skills, including databases.
- Analysis of business strategies and marketing strategies, product positioning, and acceleration of opportunities.
