Based in Monterrey, Mexico, our Financial/Banking sector team is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and success.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to:
- Research and identify key clients who can benefit from our factoring services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and status, with effective follow-up.
- Qualify leads based on interest and purchasing capacity.
- Collaborate with sales and business relations teams to transfer qualified leads.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with relevant experience (at least 3 years) in lead generation, preferably in the financial industry.

- Strong commercial acumen
- Leadership and teamwork abilities
