Surface Business Development Consultant

Empower Customers, Drive Business Growth
We're seeking a Surface Business Development Consultant to help our customers succeed in a hybrid work model. As a Surface Specialist, you'll focus on assigned accounts, driving revenue growth across the Surface device and accessories portfolio. You'll consult with customers' Technical and Business Decision Makers, gaining a deeper understanding of their unique business needs and recommending solutions to empower their employees and drive their business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the Surface device and accessories portfolio.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address their business challenges, providing expert guidance on Surface solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to orchestrate successful customer engagements, including pilots and deployments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and driving long-term business relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on execution, able to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proven success in closing complex deals and technical understanding of devices and commercial requirements.
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Current or completed MBA degree.
