About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Ingredion Global Business Services, S.A. De C.V. team in Guadalajara SSC, Mexico. As a Team Lead, HR Digital Solutions & Reporting Services, you will be responsible for executing and assisting the Manager in coordinating area's responsibilities such as reporting, system configuration and maintenance, release management, system security, and audits for Human Resources applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership Role: Assume a leadership role in the team as a Sr. Analyst/Team Lead, supporting the Manager with team training/skills development, and presentations to different levels of the company regarding KPIs, adoption of systems, various metrics and other necessary topics.
  2. HR Technology Portfolio Management: Support HR technology portfolio (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.), including system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and release management of existing applications and new projects.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Design and program reports, and conduct analyses to monitor key metrics and drive adoption.
  4. Operational Dashboards: Create and maintain operational dashboards for metrics/KPIs analysis, control, monitoring.
  5. User Support: Assist users with Workday reporting inquiries and requests.
  6. Trend Identification: Identify trends from the users' requests/issues in order to ensure knowledge transfer and implementation of improvement/automatization actions from external research.
  7. Security Access: Grant security access to HR systems and tools following security protocols.
  8. New Technology Implementations: Support new HR technology implementations.
  9. Testing Efforts: Support testing efforts related to HR technology.
  10. Data Audits: Conduct data audits to ensure data quality and compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and procedures.
  11. Escalated Inquiries: Resolve escalated inquiries from Customer Service Rep. & Functional Specialists regarding system inquiries or issues.
Requirements
  1. Workday Experience: 2+ years' experience with different Workday Modules' backend operational activities and troubleshooting: HCM, Learning, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.
  2. Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing people (supervisor, team lead, manager, etc.).
  3. Reporting and Analytics Knowledge: Workday's Reporting & Analytics Module functionality knowledge is a huge plus.
  4. Language Skills: Advanced English level and Spanish fluency. Portuguese is a plus.
  5. Ticketing Systems Knowledge: Ticketing systems knowledge or experience. ServiceNow is highly preferred.
  6. Service Center Experience: Experience in a Service Center with direct customer/user interaction is ideal.
  7. Reporting and Data Analysis Skills: Experience creating reports, conducting audits, and interpreting data to conduct analysis.
  8. Data Visualization Skills: Microsoft Power BI or other data reporting/visualization skills and tools is another plus.
  9. Advanced MS Excel Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and in general of the different MS Office programs.
  10. University Degree or Equivalent Experience: University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  11. ERP or HCM Systems Experience: Experience in more than one ERP or HCM systems is preferred.
  12. Payroll System Experience: ADP/Kronos/TRESS or any Payroll system is a plus.
  13. UAT Testing Experience: Experience in UAT testing is ideal.
  14. Travel Requirements: Limited travel may be required (travel to USA).
  15. Non-Standard Work Hours: Will require occasionally non-standard work hours, supporting EMEA and APAC regions.
  16. Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, proactivity, and ability to simplify technical information to communicate to different stakeholders.
  17. Time Management Skills: Proven time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
  18. Communication Skills: Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards.
  19. Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing across different levels.
  20. Positive Attitude: Customer service orientation.
  21. Problem-Solving Skills: Positive Attitude to facing and solving problems.
