Job Summary

Infineon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Product Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and applications training strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training presentations for in-person events, videos, and eLearning formats.
  • Work closely with the global training team to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Conduct training recordings in our studio and produce high-quality training materials using tools like Articulate and Adobe Premiere.
  • Support the realization of webinars, including moderation and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage training content for external target groups.
  • Conduct data analysis to suggest program improvements and optimize training outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in training development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in program management, storyboarding, and hosting of LIVE and virtual events.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-driven, and structured with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Frequent travel to the USA is expected, so a US visa is mandatory.
