Product and Application Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Development and Application Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our global training team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and applications training strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Strategy: Collaborate with the global training team and key business stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for Infineon's products and applications.
- Content Creation and Development: Work closely with subject matter experts to storyboard, plan, and produce training presentations for in-person training events, videos, and other eLearning formats.
- Content Review and Editing: Review and edit trainer scripts, write audio scripts, and create training descriptions to ensure high-quality content.
- Visual Content Creation: Visualize training content using instructional graphics and charts to enhance the learning experience.
- Training Recordings and Production: Conduct training recordings in our studio and produce training using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, and TechSmith Camtasia.
- Webinar Support: Support the realization of webinars, including moderation, to engage with external target groups.
- Content Leverage and Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage training content for external target groups.
- Program Improvement and Coaching: Analyze learners' data insights and competitive offerings to suggest program improvements and coach junior team members.
- Experience in Content Creation: Experienced in creating effective educational or marketing content with subject matter experts.
- Program Management and Storyboarding: Excellent skills in program management, storyboarding, and hosting of LIVE and virtual events. Experience with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia is beneficial.
- Self-Driven and Structured: Self-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for data-based decision-making.
- Education and Experience: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communication Sciences, or a similar field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Training Development, Marketing, Communication, or other roles involving content production, preferably in the Technology area.
- Collaboration and Coaching: Able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to gather input from multiple stakeholders and experience coaching others to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Technical Skills: Experience in creating training with Articulate and video editing with Adobe Premiere and TechSmith Camtasia.
- Soft Skills: Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, comfortable working with others at all levels of the organization, strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, strong presentation skills, and good command of MS Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel mandatory).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to the USA is expected (once per 6-8 weeks), so having a US visa is mandatory.
