Enterprise Architecture Director for US

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architecture Director for US & Americas to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and promoting the usage of enterprise architecture standards, both in terms of technology standards and its intended application, with a focus on the Americas market, including the US.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Alignment: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various stakeholders, including business teams, domain architects, regulatory affairs, both at global and local levels, to understand their IT needs and challenges.
- Technology Integration and Management: Evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies and systems to enhance the organization's capabilities in areas such as drug discovery, clinical trials, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that IT systems comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IT and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture or a related area.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise IT architectures in a regulated environment.
- Excellent understanding of current and emerging technologies, including integrations, cloud computing, data & analytics, artificial intelligence, and security.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
