Enterprise Architecture and Integration Director for Commercial Areas

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural strategies and activities for the Medical and Market Access business/technology domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Define and evolve the logical design and information management strategies necessary to store, move, and manage data in a new target state.
- Collaborate with business and domain architects to define standards and specific solutions based on Novartis standards.
- Utilize architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of technical platforms in support of holistic solution architecture design.
- Develop and maintain the Architecture Governance Framework, including roadmaps, architecture methods, practices, and standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end process for architecture design for Medical and Market Access full portfolio.
- Lead large and/or diverse multi-functional teams and deliver global solutions at scale.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Commercial Pharma Architecture and data flows, cloud-based interactions, and content management.
- Knowledge of Medical business processes in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry, including Medical Domain and Market Access Domain.
- Experience working with key vendors/technologies in the marketplace, such as ModelN, SAP, Vistex, Anaplan, Conga, Veeva, Anju, Envision, and IQVIA.
- Understanding of Medical and Market Access landscape in one or more key markets, such as US, Europe, or China.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive levels of IT and Business leadership.
