• Manage and maintain telecommunications equipment.

• Coordinate the procurement of data processing supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and manage nightly system backups, performing recoveries as required.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data files.
• Assess user needs and recommend suitable alternatives.
• Prioritize and coordinate service requests to optimize efficiency across all operational areas.
• Analyze past incident data to propose system enhancements aimed at reducing recurring issues.

Qualifications
• An Associate Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Proficient in hardware and software installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and analytical mindset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in diverse environmental conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Availability for on-call support and occasional overtime.
