Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating new business and commercial prospects in the field, while providing financial guidance and support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Management: Overseeing distributor relationships to ensure we meet our volume targets across various clients.
  • Route Optimization: Navigating through multiple routes to engage with clients, forging new partnerships and agreements.
  • Workforce Training: Enhancing our workforce's capabilities through training on improved practices, innovative strategies, and new displays.
  • Implementation of Commercial Strategies: Executing new commercial initiatives and strategies throughout the region.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyzing and interpreting commercial data to ensure our strategies are effectively and consistently applied in the field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
