We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent communication skills.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing over-the-counter customer service, answering questions regarding FedEx products and services, and preparing various operations reports. You will also be required to handle customers with packages in the cage, maintain and audit records and files as assigned, and review airway bills and register as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School degree or Equivalent and previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment. Strong general office skills, including typing, filing, and computer literacy, are essential for this role. Additionally, excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills are required. A clear and articulate speaking voice, clean cut, and neat appearance are also essential.

Able to work variable shifts, the selected candidate must be fluent in English and able to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment. Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
