Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that drive business results. Your Role
You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform campaign briefs and communication strategies. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent project management skills, you will oversee full-funnel global marketing campaigns from concept to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform campaign briefs and communication strategies.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign strategies that align with OKR goals and objectives.
- Oversee full-funnel global marketing campaigns, from brief to concept to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in campaign management or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaign strategies from brief through execution and performance reporting.
- Experienced in agency/vendor management; managing budgets.
- Possess an ethos of "getting things done." Decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing with a proven track record to thrive under ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with creative, channel, and communication teams, cross-functional partners, and company leadership.
What We Offer
- A competitive annualized base salary range of $123,000.00-$185,000.00, depending on job-related capabilities and applicable experience.
