Role Overview
The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) division is in search of a strategic leader in Supply Chain, Capacity Planning, and Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Senior Program Manager is to tackle business challenges and formulate short to mid-term capacity strategies that align with long-term objectives while collaborating with various functions and teams. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will play a vital role in automating tasks and enhancing processes.

  • Collaborate with Retail, FBA, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain partners to develop optimal storage capacity plans that take into account Demand, Customer Experience, Capacity (both storage and processing), and Cost.
  • Partner with Retail and FBA to establish the best approach for Inventory Health, set metrics and goals (at both network and fulfillment center levels), and monitor performance weekly to make necessary adjustments.
  • Work alongside Retail and FBA to achieve appropriate granularity in inventory forecasts (Sort Type, Product Line, Fulfillment Center) and ensure that storage capacity aligns accurately (bintype).
  • Define and implement the necessary processes and tools for effective storage capacity management.
  • Engage directly with our Fulfillment Center network to ensure accurate capacity reporting and manage the capacity change process.
  • Develop complex models and analyze trade-off decisions to guarantee optimal outcomes for our customers.
  • Create white papers and planning cycle documents to influence senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • More than 5 years of experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
  • At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
  • Over 5 years of experience in inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will also have:

  • A Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
  • Experience in owning program strategy, overseeing end-to-end delivery, and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives up to the VP level.
