Job Title: Product Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As a Product Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product data to address portfolio gaps and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage product data for brakes components through the entire product lifecycle process
  • Analyze product data looking for improvement potential, exploring/identifying new market requirements and opportunities through user experience and market research to build product content
  • Benchmark competitors to improve and optimize content for e-commerce
  • Create product application specific content highlighting major product differentials
  • Scrap online platforms collecting customer feedback based on reviews to build databases that support decisions
  • Responsible for implementing catalog changes based on ACES & PIES format
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Trade Marketing, and Catalog team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, related business, and/or technical degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in product content creation and revision; data handling and reports creation
  • Understanding of ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard) / PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) and experience with PIM (Product Information Management)
  • Advanced data management proficiency using Excel, Access, or SQL
  • Capability to create reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate) for streamlining data processes and improving efficiency
  • Practical/hands-on experience with and interest in the automotive market is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient oral and written communication in English
Desired Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in data
  • High level of social competence - Team player, ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams
