Senior Business Development Manager, Gift Card Channel

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and track key goals for all Gift Card channels (Electronic, Brick and Mortar, and B2B).
- Drive continuous improvement across the Gift Card end-to-end customer journey.
- Manage international team partnerships to improve product features.
- Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, including progress to goals, opportunities, and roadblocks.
- Forecast key inputs and partner with leadership teams in the annual budget planning process.
- Work with existing and potential partner/vendor relationships to grow the B2B Gift Card business in Mexico through different use cases and verticals.
- Increase Gift Card NTAs, issuance, and profitability in the B2B channel.
- Drive key input and output goals, including new business signings, new business issuance, discount rate, and profitability targets.
- Independently manage complex contract negotiations for new and renewal B2B clients while working with senior executives inside and outside of Amazon.
- Identify and develop cross-sell or bundling opportunities with other Amazon business units that can be offered in conjunction with Amazon Gift Cards.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating, and executing corporate and/or business transactions.
