Sales Operations Manager for Latin America

The Sales Operations Manager at Vertiv Group Corp will play a crucial role in ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools to succeed. This involves evaluating the usage and capabilities of available tools, as well as managing business pillars that impact the organization's outcome in terms of business data analytics and order entry processes for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies, taking into account input from the Data Analytics team on sales forecasting and key performance data.
- Ensure that the Business Analytics team monitors and reports on sales team performance in a timely and high-quality manner, with detailed information per segment or channel.
- Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.
- Design strategies to enable business growth, considering external industry trends, macroeconomic factors, Vertiv's portfolio offerings, historic sales data, and global guidelines.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to provide key information for decision-making and sales strategy definitions.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or marketing areas.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong experience with data analytics.
- Advanced English level.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build diverse relationships internally and externally.
