Nolte is a pioneering venture-building and product development firm that partners with early-stage startups to drive scalability through strategic investment, technological innovation, and operational excellence.

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to develop and maintain critical relationships within the startup and venture capital ecosystems. This individual will be responsible for engaging with influential startup founders, venture capitalists, and industry leaders to ensure that Nolte collaborates with high-potential companies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Founder Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with early-stage founders to assess their potential as Nolte partners.
  • Ecosystem Partner Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with prominent venture capitalists, accelerators, and industry leaders.
  • Strategic Partnership Origination: Create and execute strategic plans to establish collaborative relationships between Nolte and pioneering startups.
  • Thought Leadership Initiatives: Contribute to Nolte's industry presence and reputation through strategic content creation and networking initiatives.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Design and implement a results-driven sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in venture capital, startup leadership, or ecosystem partnerships, combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a strong track record of managing strategic relationships, and a deep understanding of pre-seed and seed-stage funding dynamics.
