This role is crucial in overseeing and leading a team of commercial account managers to increase service penetration, ensure client success, and satisfaction. The Account Management Director is accountable for driving revenue growth through strong commercial skills and team leadership, and for maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership – coaching and driving an operational discipline to build a strong SoW pipeline and monitor credit line renewals. Monitor commercial targets.
- Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
- Developing strategies to grow accounts, increase revenue, and meet company goals. This may involve upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Leading new projects to improve client experience and business innovation.
Requirements:
- BS or BA in business or related field required.
- +7 years in B2B sales or account management environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.
- +5 years management positions.
