Service Desk Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower S.A. de C.V. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and issues.
- Communication: Communicate technical information and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT support services.
- Education: High school degree required.
- Language: B1 Conversational English Level required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix and service desk activities.
- Certifications: A+ certification is a desired plus.
- Skills: General knowledge of desktop hardware and software, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
