Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support the company's growth and expansion in Mexico.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong company voice and reputation in the market.
- Identify and capitalize on proactive press opportunities to drive national and global announcements.
- Manage relationships with key reporters and influencers in the market.
- Develop and manage individual project budget trackers and oversee creative ideation and execution for individual campaigns.
- 8+ years of Communications/Public Relations experience, either working in an agency or in-house.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must.
- Proven-track record of building and activating effective communications initiatives inside a private company or PR agency.
- Strong understanding of Mexico's cultural trends and pop culture, as well as experience working with industry partners to build effective campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of Mexico's media environment and political landscape, including public policy matters.
